The Prylobite Returns to Kickstarter, now in Titanium!

I hope you have all been finding your Prylobites to be an indispensable part of your EDC! I wanted to let you all know that the Prylobite is back on Kickstarter, this time with Titanium Handles! I've really fallen in love with the way the titanium feels in hand; ruggedly sturdy, but still very lightweight. I hope that you'll go check it out!

Thats a wrap! The last package for both Kickstarter and Backerkit Preorders has been sent on its way! Hopefully many of your have received yours already, but if you haven't, rest assured it is en route to your doorstep now. Please allow 1-2 weeks for US deliveries, and 2-4 weeks for international deliveries, as sometimes delays do occur. On November 1, 2019, we will assume all packages have been safely delivered, and will consider this project closed. Note about missing surveys: As of today, we are still missing surveys from 19 backers. If you've not responded, we have no shipping address to which we can send your Prylobite. We will continue trying to contact you, but on Nov 1, 2019 we will assume you are no longer in contact, and move on.
Don't be a stranger! We've already begun to see Prylobites in the wild, and it's fantastic to see them in your various pocket dumps alongside your other everyday gear. So if you share a photo of your new Prylobite being used or simply posed with your EDC, don't forget to tag @pangeadesigns so we don't miss them! It's our favorite thing :) And if you haven't yet, give @pangeadesigns a follow on Instagram and Facebook!

Prylobites have begun shipping!

This update is short, but sweet! We’ve received the Prylobites, and have begun shipping to backers! They look fantastic, and hope you are as excited to get them as we are. We are shipping in no particular order, simply whatever is most efficient in order to get them all out as quickly as possible. Domestic orders, please allow a week or two from the time they ship until they reach your doorstep. International orders typically take a couple of weeks, but it is not uncommon for them to take over a month due to customs delays, so please be patient while they make their way to you.
Thank you all for another successful project! We couldn’t do this without you. Please be sure to share some photos on Instagram and Facebook, and tag @pangeadesigns! Finally getting seeing them “in the wild” is one of our favorite and most rewarding parts of the process :)

Just a brief update to let everyone know that we were informed that production of the Prylobites is complete, and will be packaged and shipped to us soon! We will be shipping in batches as soon as possible but in no particular order, so as to maximize efficiency.
Is Your Address Correct? Please be sure that we have your correct shipping address, particularly if yours has changed within the last few months. You may check by logging into your backerkit account at https://prylobite.backerkit.com. If you have any trouble, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance. We have most of your responses, but we are missing survey responses from approximately 5% of you. Without your response, we have no way to ship you your reward.
We can't wait to get these to your doorsteps!
Brief progress update (still on track!)

Production: I'm sure you guys have been as anxious as we are to receive your Prylobites, so we wanted to provide a brief "just checking in" update, to let everyone know that we are still on track to begin shipping in July. The production order was sent shortly after the Kickstarter funding period ended, and the Prylobites were added to our manufacturer's production queue, materials ordered, and certain stages of production began. So far, the early stages of production are nothing terribly exciting to report, but we're told everything remains on track for our original production schedule. Most recently, we were told that the blade blanks have come out of heat treat and are currently in the process of CNC machining. We're hoping that the coming weeks of production will be more exciting, and have requested that they send any interesting behind-the-scenes photos if they are able!
Nite Ize S-Biners: In the meantime, we've finalized the wholesale agreement with Nite Ize and a crate of S-Biners is on the way to us. As Nite Ize does not offer the MicroLock S-Biners individually, a bit of re-packaging will be required, and we needed to work up a custom card for them that included the Nite-Ize legal verbiage. As each Prylobite will include a MicroLock S-biner, we designed the cards to serve as the information card for the knives as well. Here is our Prylobite shown with the card design.
