A huge thank you to each and every one of you who helped launch our first knife design! I'm so excited to get production underway, and soon be able to get Prylobites into your hands. Kickstarter takes 2 weeks to process funds, be we hope to begin production even before then. Production time is estimated to be approximately 100 days.
Backerkit Reward Survey:
In the coming weeks, be on the lookout for your Backerkit Reward Survey, sent to the email address you have registered with Kickstarter. Backerkit is a 3rd party platform that streamlines the reward selection & shipping process for both you and us. There will be a link in the email taking you to a checkout page. Your rewards will have already been added to your cart, and you will then be able to provide your shipping address, and even select additional Pangea Designs products to add to your order if you wish. IMPORTANT: It is imperative that you respond to this survey, as otherwise we do not have a shipping address to which we may send your your Prylobite.
- Having unlocked the $25k stretch goal, Nite Ize S-Biner Microlocks will be added at no cost
- Since we fell just shy of our $40k stretch goal, we decided to meet halfway and cover half the cost of Titanium Split Rings, giving our Kickstarter Backers an exclusive price of $1.50/ring. You may add these via the Backerkit Add-on page of your reward survey if you wish!

$25k Stretch Goal Unlocked!

$25k!
$25k stretch goal unlocked!! That means every Prylobite will come with its own Nite Ize S-Biner MicroLock. We're excited to be able to provide these to you guys, as they pair so well with the Prylobite's keychain/suspension clip function.
Next up, $40k!
We've decided that for the $40k stretch goal, we will be including Titanium split rings with each Prylobite! These are 1" rings and weigh less than 1.8 grams. Strong, lightweight, non-magnetic, hypoallergenic, non-corrosive.... and of course, everything is cooler when made of Titanium.

Not only will you get to see some great eye candy, but its a great way to stay in the loop on the finer details and behind-the-scenes of the Prylobite, such as deciding what stretch goals we pursue. Thank you everyone for giving us such a strong start to our Prylobite campaign! Fully funded in 4 hours! Woohoo!
$25k Stretch Goal:
We have some good news regarding our first stretch goal! Nite Ize has given us the green-light to include their S-Biner MicroLock with the Prylobite! This will be our $25k stretch goal, meaning, if our total funding reaches $25k, every Prylobite will be shipped with a Nite Ize S-Biner MicroLock, as shown in the image below.
Even if you've already pledged, you can help us get there!
At this point, the most important thing to push this project forward is spreading the word. YOU can help not only by sharing our project with your friends or on knife/EDC web forums and Facebook groups, but also by engaging our Instagram/Facebook posts! The more engagement our posts get, the more likely Facebook and Instagram are to show our posts to new viewers. And the more fresh eyes that see our Prylobite, the more people are likely to come back the project! So tell your friends, give us a follow, share those posts, comment on those photos, and lets take it to $25k!
